Delivery and Returns

Delivery within the UK

Delivery of all UK orders is free of charge. Each order is posted out using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders placed usually take 2-3 working days to be dispatched. Once dispatched, delivery within the UK takes approximately 3-5 days. Please note that we operate Monday to Friday and no orders are dispatched over the weekend. All prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and packed in a solid cardboard tube or rigid cardboard envelope for the smaller sized prints.

Delivery outside the UK

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free delivery service outside the UK. For deliveries outside of the UK, orders will be sent out by an international signed for service - this means that a signature will be required upon receipt of the item. Orders placed usually take 2-3 working days to be dispatched. Once dispatched, delivery outside of the UK takes approximately 5-8 days for Europe and 10-15 for International. Please note that we operate Monday to Friday and no orders are dispatched over the weekend. All prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and packed in a solid cardboard tube or rigid cardboard envelope for the smaller sized prints.

Returns

If your Love Type print arrives and is damaged or faulty please inform us via email within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. If you’re returning your order for any other reason you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Please keep hold of your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit. Please allow 14 days to process your refund or exchange.
